flydubai, one of the leading middle east airline is strengthens team for its office in Prague and is recruiting

SALES MANAGER

to position flydubai within the corporate segment in the Czech Republic as a key airline catering to corporate markets within the FZ network, acquiring and developing FZ corporate portfolio though lucrative corporate agreements  resulting in increased corporate revenue for flydubai. Be a passionate Ambassador of flydubai by taking onus of the operational profitability and meeting the following job outline.

Key responsibilities:

•          Achieve set corporate account acquisition targets in the Czech Republic

•          Plan and implement sales call plans and key account management structure to service corporate accounts in the Czech Republic

•          Ensure flydubai is positioned competitively within the corporate segment in the Czech Republic

•          Provide necessary training and guidance to achieve best ROI through agents and FZ office

•          Continuously seek to propose and enhance traditional / unorthodox dealing methods in the czech  market

•          Ensure that the product and promotional plans are understood and implemented to give the greatest impact in the market.

•          Achieve acquisition targets

•          Increase sales revenue

•          Position FZ as a key airline in the corporate and leisure segment

Requirements for application:

•          At least 2+ years’ experience in touroperator business (airline business experience is an advantage)

•          Fluent Czech and English (oral/written)

•          Energetic and positive thinker – with confident and determined approach

•          Strong, performance oriented personality with analytical skills

•          Excellent customer service and account management skills to build strong business partnerships

•          Logical and structured personality with a passion for sales

•          Ability to manage multiple priorities, skills to work both independently as well as part of a team
